VendSys Mobile X

VendSys Mobile X allows your route drivers to service machines and OCS accounts using an Android based tablet. The app requires a subscription to VendSys VMS to work. Features include: - View todays schedule of accounts to visit - Display which machines are scheduled at each location and whether to service or collect - Enter product inventory such as fills, waste or product returns - Take an inventory of the machine - Collect the coins and bills and assign a cash bag # by scanning its barcode - Enter additional cash movements for coin changer or bill recycler topups - Read the DEX audit from the vending machine using Blu-DEX Bluetooth or our proprietary DEX-USB cable - Service cash meter only machines and bill changers - Test machines for DEX compatibility- Manage machine services - Synchronize data back to VendSys VMS for back-office use and reporting
